(Larnaca, Cyprus); the servers are located in the EU (Frankfurt am Main). When you access any page, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address accessed, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. We need these log files to operate the website securely and reliably and to defend against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are stored only as long as necessary for this purpose and then deleted automatically. We have a data processing agreement with Hostinger.<\/p>\n To make a booking, we process your order data: name, email address, billing address, phone number if applicable, the booked pitch, the period, and payment information. We use the license plate number to assign your vehicle to the booking and to check the pitches (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We need the number of people and ages to calculate the legally required overnight stay tax (local\/tourism tax), apply age exemptions, and settle accounts with the responsible municipality. We are required to do this under regional tax and tourism laws (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Only the booking data listed above is processed.<\/p>\n Retention.<\/strong> We keep invoices and accounting records for seven years, as required by Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
